ABOUT Me
My first name is actually Kylie, but I've gone by my middle name, Napua, since middle school. I'm a stay-at-home mom to a hilarious three-year-old, and I'm married to my best friend. I was the go-to essay editor for many of my friends in college, and I've finally turned my love for grammar into a career.
The only reason I didn't opt to major in English? I disliked writing just as much as I loved editing. I learned much too late in my college career that students are bound to write plenty no matter which major they choose (I also learned that I do actually enjoy writing).
I've had my nose stuck in a book for approximately 25 percent of my life. In the seventh grade, I singlehandedly won my English class a pizza party in my school's reading competition (I read something like 60 books throughout the school year). When I'm not collecting new hobbies (the most recent was learning to play the piano) or learning new languages, I'm working full-time as a mom and part-time as a copyeditor.
